We are excited to reveal that founder of influencer-favourite skincare brand Naturium, Susan Yara, co-founder of Point of View Beauty, Mikayla Nogueira, Mexican mega-influencer and Sarelly Sarelly co-founder Anna Sarelly, and Marc Elrick, founder and chief executive of viral skincare line Byoma are among the speakers who will be joining us at The Business of Beauty Global Forum 2025, taking place from June 9-11 at Stanly Ranch in Napa Valley, California.

Susan Yara is the founder of Naturium and the beauty YouTube channel Mixed Makeup. She’s spent the last decade teaching millions of viewers how to care for their skin, while building a community of skincare enthusiasts around the world. In 2023, Yara successfully sold the fast-growing Naturium to E.l.f. Beauty, aligning with E.l.f. Beauty’s vision to create a different kind of beauty company. She began her on-camera career as a news reporter in New York City and continued at publications like Forbes, New York Post, CNBC, Glamour and eventually became a beauty editor for Pop Sugar and New Beauty Magazine, where her passion for skincare and beauty grew.

Mikayla Nogueria is the co-founder of Point of View Beauty. An award-winning brand founder and beauty creator, Nogueria has amassed one of the largest followings on TikTok, boasting more than 16 million followers and 1 billion likes. In 2025 she launched of her own company, Point of View, a nuanced beauty line she proudly co-founded after over two years of careful development. Point of View was developed when Nogueria identified a gap in the market for a beauty line specifically designed to properly prep skin, ensuring both its health and an ideal makeup application.

Anna Sarelly is a Mexican beauty entrepreneur, digital creator and co-founder of Sarelly Sarelly. Originally from Tijuana and now based in Monterrey, she rose to prominence through her YouTube channel and social media presence, where her authentic voice, bold style and creative storytelling earned her a following of over 5 million. With a background in industrial design and a passion for self-expression, Sarelly built a connection with her audience by translating beauty, fashion and design into powerful tools of identity and confidence. In 2022, she launched Sarelly Sarelly, a conscious fashion and beauty brand that offers affordable luxury designed for Hispanic Gen-Z, blending high-concept visuals with everyday wearability.

Marc Elrick is the founder and chief executive of Byoma. Driven by a love for the industry, a fascination with the consumer and a desire to change how people feel through beauty, Elrick created Future Beauty Labs in 2015, launching category-leading brands across some of the world’s largest beauty retailers. Elrick’s dedication to his vision of building better beauty and inspiring positive change is where Byoma was born in 2022. Since launching, Byoma has pioneered clinically proven science and innovation while demystifying and democratising skincare.

Ava Matthews is the co-founder of Ultra Violette. A brand strategist, product development expert and marketing innovator, she has redefined global sun care through her role at the brand. Before Ultra Violette, Matthews led marketing, communications and brand strategy for beauty brands and retailers including MeccaBrands, Australian skincare brand Rationale and Elemis. Her unique expertise in consumer branding and strategy established the foundation for Ultra Violette’s innovative market approach. For the past six years, Matthews and co-founder Bec Jefferd have been co-running the Ultra Violette business where Matthews’ creative direction has positioned Ultra Violette as a cult-favourite brand.

Nour Tayara is the co-founder and chief executive of Aora Mexico, a plastic-free, clean and fully recyclable luxury makeup brand. Recognised in Mexico by Vogue, Forbes, Elle and more, Aora Mexico blends maximum colour with minimum waste, redefining sustainability in beauty. Born in Lebanon and having lived in Montreal, Paris, New York and now Mexico City, Tayara’s global perspective fuels his holistic approach to brand-building, merging vibrancy, colour and sustainability. Before Aora, he spent 13 years at L’Oréal as a brand and sustainability architect, earning through the Gjosa project, TIME100 Best Innovations of the Year for his role in driving the company’s green transformation in water conservation.

Huguette Cervantes Laing is the chief executive of Ulta Beauty Mexico, leading the joint venture between Ulta Beauty and Grupo Axo to introduce the beloved brand to the Mexican market. With over 25 years of experience in the beauty, fashion and luxury industries, she has built a career at the intersection of strategic business development, brand building and innovation. Prior to her role at Ulta Beauty Mexico, she was beauty division director at El Palacio de Hierro. Cervantes Laing began her career at L’Oréal and later held key executive roles at Louis Vuitton and launched her own consultancy company supporting global brands such as Sephora, Guerlain, BrunelloCucinelli and Pomellato.

Melissa Butler is the founder of Lip Bar, a beauty brand celebrated for its inclusive and innovative approach to cosmetics. From Detroit, Butler has transformed her startup from her kitchen to the broader market. The Lip Bar’s products can be found in retail stores across the US.

Christopher Skinner is chief revenue officer at Front Row, where he leads global sales, business development, marketing and client value strategy. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, he has helped shape some of its most iconic brands through a blend of strategic insight, creative direction and retail innovation. In 2015, Skinner founded School House, a creative agency focused on brand strategy, retail design and content. The agency joined Front Row in 2021, and in 2023, he was named the company’s first chief brand officer. Earlier in his career, Skinner held key roles at Sephora, Space NK and LVMH’s Fresh, contributing to its global expansion and repositioning following acquisition.

Sandra Velasquez is the Chicana founder of Nopalera, a modern Mexican beauty and lifestyle brand. She launched Nopalera in 2020 from her Brooklyn apartment with no outside funding or savings. The brand can be found in Mecca, Ulta Mexico, as well as Nordstrom, Credo, Kohl’s and over 400 boutiques nationwide in the US. She is the winner of six pitch competitions and has completed six business accelerators, including Morgan Stanley and Stanford LBAN. Velasquez released her first book “Viva Latina!” on Quarto books in September 2024. Prior to launching Nopalera, she was the leader of Latin band Pistolera which toured internationally opening for artists such as Los Lobos and had her music featured on hit TV shows like “Breaking Bad” and the NPRTiny Desk Concert.

Rémi Martini is the co-founder of Sarelly Sarelly. A graduate of HEC Paris and Bocconi University, Martini has held key leadership roles at L’Oréal, Coty Beauty and Mustela, developing expertise across marketing, digital, sales and brand strategy in markets such as France, Italy, the UK, the US, Brazil and Mexico. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2012 with his first venture in Paris, followed by his role as chief commercial officer at Yema, a Mexican grocery startup. In 2022, he turned to fashion and beauty to co-founded Sarelly Sarelly, an affordable luxury brand tailored for Hispanic Gen-Z, blending innovation with cultural relevance.

Marc Terlet is the founder of Horace. The brand, founded in 2016, creates timeless, premium and accessible grooming and fragrance. Horace has become one of the leaders in men’s skincare and fragrances in France. Close to its customers, the brand collaborates with them to develop and launch its products. Horace products are available in our stores in Paris, London and across France, as well as online. A selection of products is also available in pharmacies across France and on Amazon in the UK and USA.

Amy Liu is the founder and chief executive of Tower 28, the best-selling beauty brand designed for sensitive skin and made for all. A longtime eczema sufferer, Liu spent over 20 years as a beauty executive before launching Tower 28 in 2019. Tower 28’s award-winning SOS skincare line is the first to earn seals of approval from the National Psoriasis Foundation, National Rosacea Society and National Eczema Association, and the brand strictly adheres to the National Eczema Association’s ingredient guidelines across all skincare and colour products, ensuring the entire line is free of every known skin irritant. Liu’s influence has earned her several accolades, including the USC Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the CEW Visionary Award and the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 Greater Los Angeles Award. She also serves on the National Eczema Association’s Board and is a member of YPO Los Angeles.

John Ludeke is the senior vice president of global marketing at Dr. Squatch, one of the fastest growing men’s personal care brands. Dr. Squatch uses humour and entertainment to help inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier, and the brand is focused on understanding how to drive meaningful innovation within the men’s category. Dr. Squatch is known for launching some of the highest impact ad campaigns within the personal care industry featuring talent such as Sydney Sweeney and Mike Tyson. Dr. Squatch is also B-Corp certified. Prior to Dr. Squatch, Ludeke started his career in biotech and then spent 12 years at beverage brand, Monster Energy.

Iván Pol is the founder of The Beauty Sandwich. An industry veteran, Pol developed his signature Snatched facial aesthetic over 15 years ago, and has since been sculpting and lifting the world’s most beautiful faces, including Salma Hayek, Kim Kardashian and Ana de Armas with his innovative technique that fuses advanced radio frequency technology with an arsenal of high performance nutritional supplements. Prior to launching The Beauty Sandwich, Pol was a makeup artist for top fashion and television clients, and later served as a global spokesperson for Trish McEvoy and Bobbi Brown. The Beauty Sandwich has been a recipient of Skin Inc.’s Outstanding Achievement Award, named one of WWD’s “Most Popular Hollywood Treatments” and Pol is regularly listed as a top Los Angeles facialist by People magazine, Vanity Fair, Grazia, Vogue, W Magazine and more.

Tarang Amin is the Chairman and CEO of E.l.f. Beauty, a position that he has held since 2014. A dynamic, passionate, and purpose-driven leader, he has been unlocking high performance within teams to drive growth for world-class consumer brands for over 30 years. After taking the company public (NYSE:ELF) in 2016, Amin has grown shareholder equity from $135 million to over $8 billion. Amin has also strategically expanded the business into a multi-brand portfolio that includes E.l.f. Cosmetics, E.l.f. Skin, Well People, Keys Soulcare and Naturium. Previously, Amin served as president, CEO, and director of Schiff Nutrition, and as vice president and general manager of The Clorox Company’s Litter, Food, and Charcoal businesses. He began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble, after earning both his Bachelors in International Policy and Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Amin has been recognized in Fortune’s 100 Most Powerful People in Business, Barron’s Top CEOs of 2024, Fast Company’s Modern CEO of the Year and Thinkers 50 Leaders 50 list.

Yasmin Sewell is the founder of Vyrao, a fragrance brand that targets emotions and energy through scent, colour, crystals and science-backed natural ingredients. Sewell was previously fashion and creative director of luxury retailers such as Browns and Liberty, and she is a certified expert in reiki, with extensive training in Ayurveda, flower essences, and other holistic practices. In 2019, driven by her belief that good feelings are foundational to our wellbeing, Sewell decided to direct her lifelong passion for energetic medicine into creating her own brand – one that, this time, would inform the future of fragrance. And in 2021, Vyrao was born. Vyrao’s new genre of mood boosting fragrances bring a revolutionary, multi-dimensional approach to wellbeing.

Anchit Nayar is the executive director and CEO of prestige beauty retailer Nykaa Beauty. In this role, Nayar spearheads the flagship beauty business with a focus on industry-first initiatives and e-commerce experiences. Nayar joined Nykaa in 2018 as chief executive of the company’s retail arm, where he led the retailer’s brick-and-mortar expansion. Under his leadership, the retail business grew from 25 to 70 stores and the division’s revenues grew by over 300 percent. Today, Nykaa has over 200 stores spread across 72 cities in India and recently launched its first offline beauty store, Nysaa in Dubai in partnership with ApparelGroup. Nayar was named in Fortune India’s 40 under 40 list of achievers in 2022 and was recognised by Forbes India as the Tycoon of Tomorrow in 2021. Nayar holds a degree from Columbia University.

Amanda Baldwin is the CEO of Olaplex, the category creating, technology empowered and stylist-inspired global prestige haircare company. She joined the business in December 2023 to oversee its transformation, setting its strategy for growth and innovation, brand storytelling and executional excellence. Prior to joining Olaplex, Baldwin has served as the CEO of leading SPF skincare brand Supergoop! for over seven years, and has held top marketing positions at Dior Beauty at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and Clinique, a part of The Estée Lauder Companies. She began her career in finance and as a consumer investor, at L Catterton, Apax Partners and Goldman Sachs. Baldwin earned an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar. She serves on the board of Ibotta, Inc and KIPP NYC, and is a winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year.

Andy Lightfoot is the chief executive of prestige beauty retailer Space NK. Before joining the business, Lightfoot held senior leadership positions at Amazon UK and Tesco. In his role at Space NK, Lightfoot has been able to divest two divisions and steer the brand into a path of growth. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.
